Please contribute to a discussion here with each other on your learning so far from the two sessions and anything else you think is relevant with regards to 'talk in your education'. It has been fantastic working with you so far!
If talk is our 'foundations' than can we create/do a affective scenes or other in subjects that require talk so much, then isn't talk the second most important thing to gesture? xx <3<3 xx
I have had a great time in the first two sessions and I can't wait for the next sessions. The first session was a great time, we learnt a lot about how talk is implemented in lessons at Newlands and writing it down. The second session was enjoyable and informativ. I had a fabulous time taking a role in a discussion and then monitoring one person and writing down a summary of what they said.
Thanks for your comments so far everybody. Looking forward to Session 3 today where we will start to explore how your LoT role in the classroom might develop.
I had a fab time in the first two sessions last week I was analysing the body language of the girls having a discussion in the middle. Can't wait for today's lesson and looking forward to after training when I become a full leader of talk :) Rhiannon xx
